My approach is framed through collaboration and providing a supportive environment to address the challenges in your life and to be more presently aligned with your values. I aim to facilitate a safe space to help you develop further insight and awareness to help you heal and grow. 


Relationship Therapy

Relationship or couples therapy offers a safe space for partners to address difficulties and challenges in the relationships. It isn’t just for married individuals but can also be helpful for cohabitating couples, people in non-monogamous relationships, friends, and business partners. Some common goals can be to have a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore conflict, practice honesty and respect, and to develop effective communication skills. I hope to work with you and your partner(s) to develop a strong and loving team.
